To Whom It May Concern:

     As approved at the meeting of December 5, 2011, and unless otherwise noted, the following school board meetings, set for January 1 through December 31, 2012, will be held in the Board room of the Administrative Office Building, 121 South Hess Street, Quarryville, Pennsylvania, beginning at 7:30 pm.  The first meeting of the month is a public meeting held to establish the agenda for the general business meeting.  The second meeting of the month is the general business meeting.  Most routine board business is addressed at the general business meeting, although the board may take action at any of these public meetings.

     If there is a change in the purpose of the meeting or no need to have a committee meeting, a notice will be posted on the doors of the Administrative Office Building by 3:00 pm of the day of the meeting.  If additional meetings are scheduled, proper advertising procedures will be followed
