Information for parents of Swift and Clermont students

| September 11, 2019

The following letter from principals Paul Gladfelter and Chris Zander will be been sent home today with students at Swift Middle School and Clermont Elementary.

Dear Swift Middle School and Clermont Elementary Parents and Guardians:

We wanted to send you a quick note providing you with information concerning a broken lock which was discovered on one of the temporary construction doors.

One of the locks on a door located in a new construction area at Clermont Elementary was found to be broken this morning prior to the arrival of any learners or instructional staff.  Immediately upon noticing this issue, the administrative team along with our School Resource Officer conducted an investigation, which included a review of video surveillance footage.  This investigation helped to insure that the buildings were safe for the arrival of both our learners and school personal.

Please let us know of any questions you may have.  Thank you once again for all your support and understanding.

Mr. Gladfelter
Principal – Swift Middle School

Mr. Zander
Principal – Clermont Elementary
