Cap and gown walkWEBIt’s an uplifting activity that has become an annual tradition at Solanco -¬† the “Cap and Gown Walk” by graduating seniors. Only hours prior to their upcoming graduation¬†Friday evening, seniors visited Solanco elementary and middle schools, and the administration office, where students and staff greeted them with rousing cheers, high-fives and handmade signs of congratulations. In the photo, seniors pass through cheering students and staff at Providence Elementary.

Many elementary and middle school students were inspired by the Cap and Gown Walk, and the seniors enjoyed their interaction with the younger students and especially appreciated visiting the elementary and middle schools they had attended prior to high school.
